Land Development Legal Assistant Position Posted: March 10, 2010 Senior Legal Assistant position specializing in land development matters. Preference given to candidates with a minimum 5 years legal experience in land development and a conveyancing background.
The position requires the ability to manage a development file from development approval to registration including any Statutory Rights of Way, Covenants, Easements, Disclosure Statements, and all related documentation. You will have a working knowledge of the LTA, SPA, REDMA and related statutes, and be able to work independently with little supervision but cooperatively with others. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and cope under pressure.
