Family - Dan works with clients to prepare separation agreements collaboratively as well as representing their interests in court to ensure they obtain the orders that they are entitled to and that are in the best interests of their children. Dan also spends much of his time working as contract counsel for the Ministry of Children and Family Development in Child Protection matters.

Litigation - Dan has acted for clients in many areas of litigation in both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. In particular, Dan has acted for many businesses engaged in contract disputes, vendors and purchasers in real estate disputes, employers and employees in employment disputes, and property owners in property disputes.

Mediation / Arbitration - Dan recognizes that the costs associated with litigation can be prohibitive and makes every attempt to assist clients in resolving disputes early in the process through negotiation, mediation or arbitration.
