PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

Estate and Incapacity Planning Johnathan regularly assists clients with estate planning, preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements and Advance Directives. In collaboration with a client's tax advisor, Johnathan works to minimize the impact of taxation on a client's estate, and implements the use of tools such as trusts to achieve the client’s objectives, both financial and otherwise.

Estates- Johnathan has experience helping clients obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration and can assist with all areas of estate administration.

Corporate and Commercial Transactions – Johnathan has experience incorporating companies, preparing shareholder agreements, co-ownership agreements, partnership agreements, and dealing with the sale or purchase of a business.

Real Estate Johnathan is able to assist clients with both residential and commercial real estate matters.
