Practice Emphasis
Emily is a partner at Nixon Wenger LLP and has a general solicitor’s practice. She assists clients in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on commercial leasing. She also regularly advises clients on real estate transactions and business structuring, and brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to her work. In addition to her commercial practice, Emily assists individuals and families with both estate planning (including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements) and estate administration (including applications for grants of probate). She helps clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity and confidence.
