On Pink Shirt Day, we focus on working together and treating others with dignity and respect. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all and shown the importance of helping one another and advocating for those who need it.

There were hats, spurs and guns a blazin’ when our lawyers and staff put on their finest western wear and decorated our Reception area to welcome clients to the wild west.

Nixon Wenger donated $10,000 to the Salvation Army food bank that was matched by both SilverStar Mountain Resort and the Community Foundation of the North Okanagan for a group donation of $30,000!

Fundraising is more difficult in 2020, and we wanted to support some of the important programs within our community. A committee of our staff selected the Canadian Mental Health Association and NexusBC as local organizations that have the ability to touch the lives of many people in need.
Our donation to the CMHA will be used towards local programs and projects while the donation to NexusBC was towards their Making Spirits Bright campaign.
Kal Rotary may not be able to host their annual Dream Auction this year but they continue to contribute to our community, making dreams come true.
Nixon Wenger has been a very proud supporter of the Kal Rotary Dream Auction over the years and we challenge all previous supporters to donate to the Dream Fund today!

This year the goal of the 17th annual 105.7 SunFM Have a Heart Radiothon is to continue to raise funds in support of the Maternal Child Care Ward by purchasing new equipment for newborns and their mothers during their stay at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
