Move to Cure ALS – Vernon

One of our favorite times of the year, adopting a family (or two) to ensure they have gifts under their tree on Christmas morning. Our team members go out and source out some very special gifts for the family members. We gather and wrap them all for NOYFSS to pick up and distribute to the families, making it an extra special year for them.

We are a very giving and appreciative team here at Nixon Wenger!
Our staff have a Casual Day fund that a number of people contribute to. From time to time, they make a donation into our community.
Recently, the Casual Day fund contributors very generously made a $1000 donation in beverages and lunch snacks to the BC Wildfire firefighters camp.
Kudos to our fund contributors for this donation!
Today we are celebrating this beautiful province and we wish everyone a happy and safe BC Day long weekend.
Our office will be closed on Monday August 2nd. We will reopen Tuesday August 3rd from 8am – 5pm.
Happy BC Day!
Wishing everyone a ‘Happy Canada Day 2021’ on our country’s 154th Birthday! Today is the day to fly the flag and enjoy time with family and close friends.

It’s National Volunteer Week and we take this time to applaud the amazing volunteers we have throughout our community.
Many of our lawyers and staff give their time and expertise to a number of community organizations to help bring services and experiences that enhance our lives and the area in which we live.
Thank you to everyone who volunteers their time to make our community and region a much better place to work and play.
Canadians were heartbroken to hear the news of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash in April 2018. Logan Boulet, a Humboldt Broncos defenceman, succumbed to his injuries. Boulet’s parents offered to donate their son’s organs so that six lives could live on. They did this because Logan told his parents he was registering as an organ donor because he had been inspired by a coach who had passed away, was an organ donor and as a result, he saved six lives.
