It was a group effort to take on the Spelling Bee Challenge this year. Participants were put to the test spelling words like daiquiri, ophthalmologist and nasturtium and all in an effort to help raise funds for the great work completed in our community by the Literacy Society of the North Okanagan.
The 2019 Special Olympics BC Winter Games just wrapped up leaving us so inspired by the determined, passionate athletes along with their committed coaches and mission staff. We were proud to be Bronze sponsors for the very successful Vernon games. Congratulations to all involved!

Arrrrrrrrrr…. we WON!! Our office had the hearts of sailors and the passion of pirates this week as they took the time to decorate our Reception and welcome our clients to the good ship Nixon Wenger! We took 1st place for the Best Window Display in support of our amazing Vernon Winter Carnival!!

We had a great time at the fourth annual charity tournament for the Kindale Developmental Association and Special Olympics BC-Vernon chapter.
The Nixon Wenger team walked away champs at this years’ tournament, scoring 8 under 64! Way to go team!

Funds raised through Jeans Day provide critical support to the programs and services provided by BC Children’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children and the Research Institute that benefit our kids.
Your contribution will support the areas of greatest need in each of these facilities, including specialized research into childhood diseases, the purchase of state-of-the-art medical equipment, and education programs for caregivers and families.
